Summary: Aramark is CISD’s current Food Service Management Company. A Food Service Management Company is the external entity that provides contracted Food Services to all CISD campuses. CISD’s current contract year with Aramark expires on June 30, 2022. In keeping with the Request for Proposal and Contract 15-088-25 as executed by Crowley ISD and Aramark on May 14,2020, Crowley ISD hereby submits for Board consideration and possible action a recommendation to renew the contract for option year (2) for the FY 2022-23 school year.
Budgetary Impact: The contractual guarantee for FY 2022-23 is $1,650,000. Aramark has approved a 3% pay increase for all Aramark employees assigned to CISD campuses for FY 2022-23.

The period of performance for option year 2 will be from 7-1-2022 to 6-30-2023.
Recommendation: Recommend approval for option year two to be exercised with Aramark as the Food Service Management Company for Crowley ISD as presented.
