Summary:

School Leadership’s primary role is to support our campuses and ensure student success. Included in our 2022-23 strategies for providing ongoing service and support for principals are Principal Learning Cluster (PLC) meetings and Campus Performance Reviews (CPR) preparation.
Executive Directors will engage Board members in two activities to show how a substantial portion of their time is focused on developing instructional leadership capacity when working with small groups of principals.
