Summary:

Each year, Crowley ISD administrators use our Strategic Plan Goals and Performance Objectives to develop, review and revise the District Improvement Plan (DIP). This work is done in collaboration with individual District departments.
We have aligned the DIP to reflect the Goals and Objectives of our VISION 2025 Strategic Plan. The three goals can be captured in our acronym T.E.E.:
GOAL 1: T_Thriving Students
GOAL 2: E_Engaged Community
GOAL 3: E_Empowered Staff
Also, included are the Board Goals and Progress Measures, which were identified in collaboration with Lone Star Governance. By adding these to the DIP with formative and summative reviews, we are assured that we will meet our targets.
We present this draft of the 2020-21 Crowley ISD District Improvement Plan for your review. This will be a Future Action Item.
