An RFP for the Employee Healthcare Clinic Services was issued March 3, 2022. The response deadline was March 30, 2022.
CISD received 2 applications. TX Health Physicians Group has the best pricing.
CISD is seeking an established healthcare organization to provide CISD employees, their spouses and eligible dependents with a healthcare clinic that focuses on non-emergency outpatient care that's routine, acute care and/or preventative. The respective organization will provide services for a base fee, regardless of insurance coverage.
The period of performance will be August 1, 2022 through July 31, 2023 with the option to renew for an additional four (4) years in one (1) year increments at the discretion of the District.
The current CISD Employee Healthcare Clinic Services expires July 31, 2022 and is located at 5701 Bryant Irvin Rd., Fort Worth, 76132, through the TX Health Physicians Group.

Budgetary Impact:
|
CISD current year annual expenditure is $271,836.
The District is working to reduce the expense for CISD while providing quality affordable health care for our employees and families.
With the new tier added by TX Health Physicians Group, the District would pay $200,004 if less than 1,000 visits per year. If greater than $1,000 visits, CISD would again pay $271,836.
