Summary:
|
The District has completed the evaluation process for selecting a Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) for the construction of the Crowley High School Replacement Project. This process was conducted as a two (2) step process:
Step (1) entailed a solicitation of potential CMAR firms through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ). A list of responsive CMAR firms was then established and those firms were notified.
Step (2) entailed the submission/review of General Conditions from the listed firms. All General Conditions proposals were then evaluated by a District committee and a recommendation is now being submitted to the Board of Trustees at the June 22, 2023 Board meeting.

Budgetary impact to be determined by Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) to be presented at November 2024 Board Meeting.
