Summary:
|
CE(Legal) requires the Board of Trustees to set the tax rate annually. The Board is to provide full disclosure of the actual tax cost to operate the District and to provide a public forum for taxpayer input.

Budgetary Impact:
|
The Administration recommends that the Board approve the Maintenance and Operations tax rate of $.9841 and the Interest and Sinking tax rate of $.50, giving a total tax rate of $1.4841.

Recommend that Crowley ISD levy the tax rate for the tax year 2021 at a total tax rate of $1.4841, $.9841 for maintenance and operations and $.50 for interest and sinking.
