Summary: The administration is proposing two modifications to the 2022-2023 Compensation Plan to address campus needs:

-District Licensed Locksmith
-Campus Monitor- Secondary
Budgetary Impact: -District Licensed Locksmith: approximately $2,650 increase in paygrade
-Secondary Campus Monitors: approximately $1,100 increase in paygrade per FTE ($16,500 total for 15 FTEs)
Recommendation: Recommend the approval of the 2022-2023 Compensation Plan modifications to include the addition of Secondary Campus Monitors and a District Licensed Locksmith as presented.
