Summary:
|
Construction of the private drive that will provide access and egress from the new Central Administration Building and the CISD Sports Complex requires easement agreements with adjacent landowners.
With this easement agreement CISD obtains the right construct and install sidewalks and to permit utilities to be situated within the Easement Property as required by the City or by law. “Utilities” includes but are not limited to:
water facilities, sewer facilities, gas facilities electric facilities, telecommunication facilities,
drainage facilities and other utilities as defined by law.
As such, Administration presents the Right-Of-Way Easement for the Board's consideration and possible approval.
