Summary:

To support Vision 2025 goal of “Empowered Staff”, Crowley ISD is looking to partner with UNT Dallas’s Principal Impact Collaborative (PIC) to provide Leadership Lab, a comprehensive, high-quality and customized professional development experience for central office leaders.
Historically, these leaders have not been invested in as deeply with formal learning opportunities. However, rebuilding post-pandemic requires that Crowley ISD build skills necessary for central office leaders to be more innovative, resilient and effective coaches and talent developers of principals and central office mid-level leaders.
The program, Leadership Lab, builds from PIC’s tested and successful program curriculum and is designed to build these skills through 11 monthly, full day professional development learning sessions and monthly 1x1 executive coaching for up to 20 leaders in central office.

Budgetary Impact:
|
Program cost to Crowley ISD is $155,000 for the first semester of programming (5 sessions) starting in January 2022.
