Summary:
|
State law requires the Board to adopt the Student Code of Conduct. The District’s Code of Conduct stands as an authoritative document and, once adopted, has the force of policy.
Board policy FO provides guidance and provisions for the School Board to establish and approve a Student Code of Conduct and is to be approved yearly.
A draft of the 2022-2023 Student Code of Conduct is attached for review. There are no changes or additions from the 2021-2022 Code of Conduct.

Budgetary Impact:
|
Fiscal impact is minimal due to electronic distribution. Costs for printing the Student Code of Conduct will occur if a parent requests the paper versus electronic format.
