Summary:

The current provider of contracted Custodial Services for Crowley ISD is ABM Industries. The current contract will expire on June 30, 2021. There are no additional renewal option years available, hence, a new RFP has been advertised.
RFP-005-2021-2023 has been advertised for contracted Custodial Services. We have attached a timeline associated with the RFP for your review.
The period of performance for RFP-005-2021-2023 Custodial Services will be from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023, with the option to renew for three (3) additional years in one-year increments at the sole discretion of the school district.

Budgetary Impact:
|
Projected expenditures for fiscal year 2020-2021 budget were approved at $3,520,584. We are anticipating submitted bid prices to fall around this amount, however, the actual amount will be presented at the April 2021 Board meeting.
