Summary:
|
Construction of the private drive that will provide access and egress from the new Central Administration Building and the CISD Sports Complex requires easement agreements with adjacent landowners. With this easement agreement CISD obtains the right to
(a) to build fences, one or more roads, driveways, alleys, and to construct underground utilities across, over and under the Easement Property; and
(b) to landscape the Easement Property
As such, Administration presents the Public Open Space Easement for the Board's consideration and possible approval.
