Summary:
|
The board is invited to nominate a trustee from the CISD Board of Trustees for the Region 11, Position D, seat on the TASB Board.
The position term is three years beginning at the close of the 2021 Annual TASA / TASB Convention and expiring after the 2024 Convention.
The position currently held by Corinne French (valley View ISD - Cooke County). Ms. French has indicated that she will be seeking reelection.
A TASB Director represents his or her region on the Board, guiding the organization in fulfilling its mission to provide advocacy, visionary leadership, and high-quality services to the members.
If the Board would like to nominate a candidate, the attached forms must be received by TASB no later than Wednesday, June 30, 2021.
This is a call for nominations. The endorsement period, during which the district may support nominated candidates, will be open July 3 - August 31, 2021.
