The Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) has amended its Interlocal Participation Agreement (IPA). This foundational agreement was last amended in 2012. Pursuant to Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code, the new IPA must be authorized and approved by CISD Board of Trustees.
