Final Score Card -RFP-008-2021-2022 After School and Summer Programs-Full Service.pdf
Summary: The current provider for Crowley ISD After School and Summer Programs is Clayton Youth Enrichment. The evaluation for the new RFP has been completed by the committee consisting of Central Administration and 21st Century Staff.

RFP-008-2021-2022 After School and Summer Programs-Full Service period of performance will be from October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022, with the option to renew for four (4) additional years in one-year increments at the sole discretion of the school district.

After thoroughly evaluating the RFP according to the award specifications of Proposers that score 70-100 points (Scale of 0-100 points) will be recommended or recommended with limitations for the award of this RFP, it was determined that Clayton Youth Enrichment and YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth has proven to be the most advantageous vendors to provide “as needed” districtwide after school and summer program services.

The issuance of this RFP is not a contract and does not commit the District to enter into a contract with any of the recommended proposers, but rather to have a purchasing mechanism in place should the district decide to select one or both of the recommended vendors to complete services with. Presented is the final tabulation sheet for your review.
Budgetary Impact: Expenses for these services will be paid with both the 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant and the Sports and Tutoring Grant (Crime Control Prevention District CCPD) whole grant. Costs will be negotiated based on the FY 2021-2022 funding period.
Recommendation: Administration recommends approval for Crowley ISD to award Clayton Youth Enrichment and YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth to Crowley ISD After School and Summer Programs- Full Service RFP as presented.
