Summary: In light of recent shortages seen in key roles of the daily operations of campuses, districts state-wide are responding with increases in hourly rates for many of their non-exempt and contracted service employees.

In response to the competitive nature for recruitment and retention in our own area, the District team would like to review the compensation of our of ABM, Aramark and Durham employees.
