RFP-023-2022-2023 Chromebook Carts and Chromebooks closed on 1-5-2023. Crowley ISD received a total of 20 responsive vendors.
This RFP incorporated two bid packages:
Bid Package #1 was for the purchase only of 106 Chromebook Carts and 2,345 Chromebooks.
Bid Package #2 was for the lease only of 106 Chromebook Carts and 2,345 Chromebooks.
This RFP was evaluated with 9 criteria in place with price being the highest weighted criteria and reputation of vendor or vendors goods or services as the 2nd highest evaluation criteria. The evaluation committee was composed of Technology, Curriculum & Instruction and Finance staff members.
After the evaluation phase was complete, it was more conducive for the District to select Bid Package #1- Purchase Only of the 106 Chromebook Carts and 2345 Chromebooks. Out of the 20 responsive proposals received, Archangel Education + Technology (Archangel Tablets LLC) overall proposal meets the district’s needs.

Archangel Education + Technology (Archangel Tablets LLC) proposed price for Bid Package #1 is $681,582.05.
This price includes 106 Chromebook Carts and 2345 Lenovo 100e Gen. 3 Chromebooks. Provided to the Board is a copy of the evaluation scorecard with pricing for your review.
