Summary: The Chisholm Trail Education Foundation is proud to support Crowley ISD educators by awarding innovative teaching grants each year. To date, the Foundation has awarded more than $203,000 in grants!

Our mission is to provide opportunities for excellence in education, promote innovation in teaching, and partner with the community to enhance the quality of education of all students in Crowley ISD.

We are excited to award 16 grants totaling more than $33,000 for the 2022-23 school year. Our new grant recipients are:

1. CISD Panther Olympics and SPED Dance in the amount of $5,000 to North Crowley High School and Crowley High School

2. Empowering Future Engineers with First Lego League in the amount of $3,739.90 to Dallas Park and June W. Davis Elementary Schools

3. Beat the Odds in the amount of $994 to the District Wide SEAS Program

4. CISD Battle of the Books to the CISD district librarians in the amount of $1,300

5. Campus Resource Center (RAM Emporium) in the amount of $1,000 at Richard Allie Middle School

6. Campus Resource Center (Panther Emporium) in the amount of $1,800 at North Crowley High School

7. Cultivating Strong Proficient Readers in the amount of $1,162.32 to SH Crowley

8. Making Connections Disability Resources for all Ages in the amount of $2,500 benefitting CISD Early Childhood through Adult Transition

9. Sensory Boards for PreK and SPED in the amount of $1,283.00 to Oakmont Elementary

10. RDSPD Fairview Learning Program in the amount of $990 benefitting Crowley RDSPD at Deer Creek, Richard Allie Middle School, Crowley 9th and Crowley High School

11. LinguaScope for LOTE in the amount of $500 for North Crowley High School

12. Communication Closet in the amount of $2,000 benefitting District-wide SPED

13. SCE Digital Production Team in the amount of $1,627 to Sue Crouch Elementary

14. Coyotes Do STEM in the amount of $3,100 to SH Crowley Elementary

15. Together as One: Celebrating Diversity in the amount of $1,200 to Oakmont Elementary

16. Breaking Down Walls Bringing Immersive VR and AR Experiences to Students in the amount of $5,000 to Mary Harris Elementary
Budgetary Impact: 16 grants awarded totaling more than $33,000
