The Texas Government Code provides six delivery methods for the procurement of constructions services. Administration is proposing the Construction Manager at Risk Delivery Method for Elementary #17 and the New Crowley High School. The Construction Manager at Risk is a delivery method used by Crowley ISD in past construction projects and is the only delivery method allowed by the Texas Government Code with a Guaranteed Maximum Price.

Funding for Elementary #17 and the New Crowley High School will be from voter-approved 2023 Bond dollars.
