In recognition of their dedication and commitment to our students, the District would like to provide all professional and non-exempt employees with a one-time $1,000 Hero Payment for the 2021-22 school year.

Recommendation:

Recommend approval of Hero Pay as presented, consisting of:
• One-time payment for all eligible employees to be presented Nov. 19, 2021;
• $1,000 for full-time employees;
• Part-time employees who meet the eligibility requirements will receive prorated Hero Pay based on their FTE status;
• To be eligible staff must be employed as of Sept. 30, 2021 must receive regular November payroll check.
