Summary:
|
In aligning our policies and regulations to the Public Funds Investment Act (PFIA), we continue to consider safety and preservation of principal as the primary objective. Our investments are in fully collateralized depository accounts and pools investing in government instruments. In compliance with PFIA, we are presenting for your review our current CDA (Legal) and CDA (Local) policy and the Administrative Regulation that accompanies this policy. The Resolution is attached as well to attest to the review and approval of the Investment Policy.

Budgetary Impact:
|
The Finance Department is providing the current Administrative Regulation for CDA (Local), along with assurance that the Investment Officer has no conflict of interest in any company with whom Crowley ISD has an investment interest. Attached for your review are our current CDA(Legal) policy, CDA(Local) and the Administrative Regulation that accompanies the policies.
