Summary:

The current vendor for districtwide depository services is J.P. Morgan Chase Bank. The current contract for depository services will expire on 6-30-2021 and there are no additional option years available.
As such, Crowley ISD advertised a new Depository Services RFP. RFP-007-2021-2023 Depository Services closed on April 2, 2021. The period of performance is from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023 with three (3) additional option years that are taken in two (2) year increments. There was a total of 12 banks that were provided an RFP invitation. CISD received one (1) “No Bid” and one (1) responsive proposal. The responsive proposal received was from J.P. Morgan Chase Bank.
