Summary:
|
Administration is presenting to the Board for consideration and possible approval an Interlocal Agreement (ILA) with the City of Fort Worth (COFW) for the design and construction of intersection improvements at Crowley Road and N. Crowley-Cleburne Road. The City of Fort Worth will serve as the General Contractor for this project, and as such, will invoice Crowley ISD for its agreed upon cost-share of this project. This project will provide permanent improvements (traffic signal, turning lanes, etc.), ultimately connecting Crowley ISD’s Private Drive to this intersection and aiding in the safe vehicular access and egress to/from the new Central Administration Building. The total project cost is currently estimated at $3,144,00 with the District’s cost-share estimated at $412,000 or 13.1% of total estimated cost. This expenditure will be funded by Capital Projects Funds.
