Summary:
|
CISD has been studying the compensation plan in order to recruit and retain qualified teachers, paraprofessionals and professional staff. The district is currently conducting an internal benchmark review of the surrounding area as it relates to salaries for our paraprofessional staff.

Budgetary Impact:

$4,899,029 estimated total for salary increases for paraprofessionals/auxiliary, professionals and teachers/nurses/librarians previously approved by the Board.

Recommendation:
|
Recommend approval of a 4% raise for paraprofessional and auxiliary staff and a 3% raise for administrative personnel as presented.
