Summary:
|
The District is currently engaged in the process of selecting a Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) for the construction of Elementary School 16. This process is being conducted as a two (2) step process:
Step (1) entails a solicitation of potential CMAR firms through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ). A short list of responsive CMAR firms is then established and those firms are notified.
Step (2) will entail the submission/review of General Conditions from the short listed firms. These General Conditions proposals will then be evaluated by a District committee and a recommendation will be submitted to the Board of Trustees at the April 14, 2022 Board meeting.
