Summary:

|
CISD has been studying the compensation plan in order to recruit and retain qualified teachers, paraprofessionals and professional staff. The district is currently conducting an internal benchmark review of the surrounding area as it relates to salaries for our paraprofessional staff. We look forward to providing the results of the review in an upcoming Board Workshop. |
