Summary:
|
The District has completed the evaluation process for selecting a Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) for the construction of Elementary School 16. This process was conducted as a two (2) step process: Step (1) entailed a solicitation of potential CMAR firms through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ). A short list of responsive CMAR firms was then established and those firms were notified. Step (2) entailed the submission/review of General Conditions from the short listed firms. All General Conditions proposals were then evaluated by a District committee and a recommendation is now being submitted to the Board of Trustees at the April 14, 2022 Board meeting. |
