Recommendation
|
I move that we accept the Superintendent’s recommendation and that:
1. The Board makes a finding that good cause did not exist under Texas Education Code section 21.210(c)(2) for ______________ resignation of his/her term contract for the 2021-2022 school year;
2. The Board did not consent to his/her resignation;
3. ________________ has failed to perform his/her contract; and
4. The Board authorizes the Superintendent to file a complaint with the State Board for Educator Certification to seek sanctions for his/her abandonment of contract. |
